These one on one sessions are perfect for working towards your specific goals.

Weight loss, strength, general fitness, toning, flexibility and agility training available.

Small Group Sessions

Small group (2-3 per session) - $25 each



Fun and affordable general fitness classes. Includes encouragement with healthy eating and lifestyle choices.

Small group sessions are ideal for groups of friends or family who are at a similar level of fitness, with similar goals.
