What does it cost?

PT (Personal Training) Sessions


$40 per session

These one on one sessions are perfect for working towards your specific goals. Each session is designed just for you - taking your current strengths and challenges into account. 

Personalised nutrition coaching can be included in your sessions. 

We can work on weight loss,  improving your strength, general fitness, toning, flexibility, balance and coordination. 


45 minutes per session.

Small Group Sessions


Small group (2-3 per session) - $30 each

Fun and affordable fitness. Includes encouragement with healthy eating and lifestyle choices.

These sessions are great for small groups of friends or family who are at a similar level of fitness, with similar goals. 

45 minutes per session.




Full time students receive a $5 discount off each session.

Refer a friend, and when they come for their 5th workout, you both get a free session!
